KW&A worked closely with the project team to expedite the permit process, effectuate the entitlement, expedite the B-permit off-site permits and process a lot line adjustment pulling hundreds of permits, countless modifications and project specific interpretations to facilitate the project approval and phased occupancy for the $400 million, 675,000 SF mixed-use development.
