Dawn is a Senior Manager with 25+ years of experience in business, non-profit management, US federal civil service and international development program management. She has managed development programs for both the US and UK governments in the areas of economic development; primary healthcare; private sector solutions for health; environmental management and agriculture. In the business sector, Dawn managed big box retail operations with 200+ employees. In the non-profit sector, Dawn co-founded a scholarship fund which supported survivors of domestic violence in post-secondary education and marketable job skills training. She has professional work experience in 19 countries across the Americas, the Middle East, Asia and Africa. Dawn served for almost eight years as the Director of Programming and Training for the Peace Corps in Paraguay and Peru. She has served on a global advisory board for the Peace Corps and as the US Ambassador’s representative to the Board of the American School of Asuncion. She has a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from American University and a Global Executive MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Outside of work, Dawn enjoys sports and being a mom!
